Working direct for the football club as our client, Gracelands acted as Principal Contractor for the duration of the works and led fortnightly updates to the client.  A high quality finish and working to a strict program were the key factors with this contract as the club aims t have the facility open for the start of the next football season.  The contract was complete on time despite finding and having to relocate numerous existing utilities leading to a very happy client.
