As this project wraps up, we also bid farewell to Jon as he embarks on his well-deserved semi-retirement. We had an absolute blast at this year's Gracelands We had an absolute blast at this year's Gracelands Golf Day at Boundary Lakes. The weather was on our side, and the golfers came out in full swing! Congratulations to our 11 winners who beat the pro, and our four ball champions Pat Guyatt, Julian Calcinotto, Derek Orchard, and Steve Dyke who scored an amazing 102 points. But that's not all! We also had a raffle and auction where we raised an impressive £6500 for Saint Foundation. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this event a success. We are thrilled to have participated in such a unique event that brought together professionals from the construction and property industries for a day of fun and competition on the water. As another challenging year comes to an end we all As another challenging year comes to an end we all have time to reflect and learn from the challenges we have faced, dust ourselves down and prepare to face 2023 with fresh vigour. For all the doom and gloom in the press with the cost of living crisis, interest rate hikes and the end of Help to Buy, there is still a shortage of homes in the market and a continuing willingness to invest from developers. This is something we are definitely seeing evidence of, having secured and started 3 new contracts this month alone and another due to start on 3rd of January, Gracelands are looking to hit the ground running in 2023 after a well earned Christmas break. I would like to thank all our clients for their continued trust and support, without it we would not be the business we are today. Last but certainly not least, a big genuine thank you to all our staff for all the effort and fantastic work you have produced this year. You are a credit to the business and leaders in the industry. Paul Roberts 38 Years at Gracelands Paul is his Paul Roberts 38 Years at Gracelands Paul is his name, Engineering his game. Paul started with Gracelands way back in 1984 as an 18 year old trainee engineer. 38 years on and you’d struggle to meet a man with more experience and knowledge.
