Bellway Homes then appointed us to fulfil the groundworks package to phase 1 of this development which incorporates the construction of 328 units, residential roads and sewers and an extensive earthworks package.

Keen to get moving on this project Bellway tasked Gracelands with installing all 328 foundations in 31 working days.  A task many thought unachievable considering the wide topsoil strip and earthworks to be carried out alongside the works themselves.  These works were all complete in 26 days with huge credit to the site team and our supply partners.

This project will now continue into financial year 2025 with our team supporting Bellway Homes with the hard landscaping the completion of highways.
